ONE Fitness and Wellness Instructors, Noelle Stevens and Nicole McGrath, know firsthand that putting You First can be challenging.
ONE is here to help you in your fitness and wellness journey, so you receive the support and guidance you need to live a healthier life.
Take advantage of ONE’s classes, with modifications for most fitness levels. These options meet the recommendations of the American Heart Association for improved heart 
health and they make it easier to squeeze exercise into your day.

COVID19 REQUIREMENTS
  • All participants must wear face masks and provide their own
  • Participants should take their temperature before leaving for the program. If a participant’s temperature reads 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, they will be disallowed from participation in the program.
  • All participants will be socially distanced
  • Upon entry to the program, participants will have their temperature (non-touch) taken and a brief COVID-19 assessment completed
  • Participants will use hand sanitizer at entry/exit points and throughout the program, as needed
  • Only registered participants will be allowed to enter the programming areas.

Indoor Cycling
  • STAGES Indoor Cycling Classes return to ONE! It's 45 minutes of indoor cycling training, where you control the intensity of your workout. Enjoy great music in a fun environment with certified group fitness instructors.
  • They will guide you thru hill climbs, sprints, and flat roads on quality, easy-to-adjust STAGES bikes, each with its own power meter. You will leave class feeling energized and smiling!
  • Train indoors at ONE, up to 3 times per week and watch your fitness improve!
  • Please bring: water bottle, towel, clean indoor sneakers or indoor cycling shoes with spd clips.
  • Certified Instructors: JoAnn Dawes and Noelle Stevens
  • Session 1: July 7-August 1
  • Session 2: August 4-29
  • WHEN: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays
  • TIME: Choose from these morning and/or evening classes:
  • Tuesdays: 4:30-5:15 pm
  • Wednesdays: 5:30-6:15 am
  • Saturdays: 7:30-8:15 am

Les Mills BodyPump
  • Are you looking for a class where you can build lean muscle? Do you want to tone and strengthen your body? During this class, you will use your body weight with the option to add traditional weights to train the arms, legs, and core muscles. The health benefits of resistance training are many: prevents bone loss, aids in weight management, stabilizes mood, boosts energy, prevents falls, and improves cardiovascular health.
  • Resistance training is recommended 2 days each week for optimal health. This session allows the flexibility of up to 3 days per week of training.
  • Please bring: water bottle, mat, and clean indoor sneakers.
  • Certified Instructors: Sarah Cawrse, Nicole McGrath, and Tony Nassivera
  • Session 1: July 6-August 1
  • Session 2: August 3-29
  • WHEN: Mondays, Thursdays & Saturdays
  • TIME: Choose from these morning and/or evening classes:
  • Mondays: 5:30-6:15 pm
  • Thursdays: 4:30-5:15 pm
  • Saturdays: 8:30-9:30 am
