ONE Fitness and Wellness Instructors, Noelle Stevens and Nicole McGrath, know firsthand that putting You First can be challenging. ONE is here to help you in your fitness and wellness journey, so you receive the support and guidance you need to live a healthier life. Take advantage of ONE’s 30-minute classes, with modifications for most fitness levels.

These 30-minute options meet the recommendations of the American Heart Association for improved heart health and they make it easier to squeeze exercise
into your day.




Indoor Cycling
  • STAGES Indoor Cycling Classes are 45 minutes of indoor cycling training, where you control the intensity of your workout. Certified group fitness instructors will guide you through hill climbs, sprints, and flat roads on quality, easy-to-adjust STAGES bikes, each with its own power meter. Train indoors at ONE 3 days per week and watch your fitness improve!
  • Please bring: water bottle, towel, clean indoor sneakers or indoor cycling shoes with spd clips.
  • TIME................7:00-7:45 am (Sundays) & 5:30-6:15 am (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Seated Fitness Classes to get you FIT!
  • Seated Strike, Stretch, Strength, and Stix are four options for chair-based classes for those who prefer to train while sitting down. The class is designed for anyone who cannot stand up for a fitness class, due to arthritis, neuropathy, vertigo or other chronic conditions that limit standing. Seated Strike is boxing-inspired cardio and mobility training. Seated Stretch will leave you feeling more flexible and centered. Seated Strength is a resistance-based program, with the option of using weights and/or resistance tubing.
  • Seated Stix is a rhythmic cardio training where we use lightly weighted drumsticks to pound out the beat of fun music. ONE has certified group fitness instructors who can motivate you and make you smile.
  • Join us 2 days per week, for a 30-minute seated class that will leave you feeling empowered and happy!
  • Please bring: water bottle, clean indoor sneakers, and comfortable clothing.

Fitness for Parkinson's Disease
  • If you have Parkinson’s Disease or another neurologic condition, then you know how important activity is to maintain and improve the quality of your life. Movement, stretching, and regular exercise can help improve posture, flexibility, endurance, strength, and balance. Why are these important? So you can continue to enjoy
  • your daily activities with more energy and a lower risk of falls.
  • ONE Fitness and Wellness has 2 complementary classes to choose from so you can be more active — Boxing and QiGong! Both activities are shown to improve quality of life for those with Parkinson’s Disease. If you have a neurologic condition and want to improve your health, ask your medical provider if these activities are right for you. Then choose from the 4-week sessions.
