ONE Fitness and Wellness Instructors, Nicole McGrath and Noelle Stevens, know firsthand that putting You First can be challenging. ONE is here to help you in your fitness and wellness journey, so you receive the support and guidance you need to live a healthier life. Are you new to fitness or returning to the gym after a long absence?

Make sure your first step into fitness is not your last. Take advantage of ONE’s classes, with modifications for most fitness levels. These options meet the recommendations of the American Heart Association for improved heart health and they make it easier to squeeze exercise into your
day.

Seated Fitness Classes to Get You Fit!
  • Seated Strike, Stretch and Strength are three options for chair-based class for those who prefer to train while sitting down.
  • The class is designed for anyone who cannot stand up for a fitness class, due to arthritis, neuropathy, vertigo or other chronic conditions that limit standing.
  • Seated Strike is boxing-inspired cardio and mobility training.
  • Seated Stretch will leave you feeling more flexible and centered.
  • Seated Strength is a resistance-based program, with the option of using weights.
  • ONE has great music to train to and instructors who can motivate you and make you smile.
  • Join us 2-days per week, for a 30-minute seated class that will leave you feeling empowered and happy!
  • Please bring: water bottle, clean indoor sneakers, and comfortable clothing.

30 Minutes to Fitness
  • Squeeze in your exercise before the start of a busy day, with ONE Fitness and Wellness’ 30-minute, 6:30 am classes!
  • ONE’s classes are designed for those new to fitness, as well as experienced participants looking for high-quality instruction.
  • You will have fun while enjoying the support and guidance you need to remain committed to your exercise routine.
  • There are 3 classes each week: Les Mills GRIT Cardio, RPM-indoor cycling and GRIT Strength.
  • All classes have modifications to make them achievable for many fitness levels.
  • GRIT Cardio and Strength feature exercises designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and agility.
  • Indoor cycling with RPM will burn loads of calories while toning the muscles of your legs.
  • Please bring: Water bottle, mat, and clean indoor sneakers (for cycling, you can use indoor sneakers or cycling shoes with spd clips).
  • Instructors: ONE Instructor Team

HIIT Healthy for 2019
  • Do you have a health or fitness New Year's Resolution that you want to achieve?
  • Are you new to exercise classes and nervous about starting out on your own? Are you waiting to "get in shape" before you start going to the gym? Have you ever wanted someone to help you remain motivated to achieve your goals?
  • If you said "YES, that's me!", then we have the program for YOU! Certified Health and Life Coach, Emily Coutts, RN, offers HIIT Healthy for 2019. This program combines key elements to elevate your health and fitness to the next level.
  • Individualized Coaching: Work with Emily to set goals, during a one-on-one 45-minute coaching session. Throughout the 6 weeks, follow up with Emily via e-communication to make certain you are making the necessary steps to meet your goals.
  • Group Coaching: Meet weekly with your group, to discover small changes in nutrition, fitness, and life, so you can achieve lasting results! Explore the value of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercise. We will break down the moves, applying modifications when needed, so they are safe and right for you, no matter your fitness level.
  • If you are ready to pursue a happy, healthier lifestyle in 2019, Emily Coutts will offer support and accountability and help you discover the small changes you can make to get amazing transformations, so you can be HIIT Healthy in 2019!
  • Plan to exercise each week. Bring clean, indoor shoes and comfortable clothing, as well as: a water bottle, mat (if you own one), and a warm sweatshirt or jacket to wear during the educational portions of the program.
