ONE Fitness and Wellness Instructors, Nicole McGrath and Noelle Stevens, know firsthand that putting You First can be challenging. ONE is here to help you in your fitness and wellness journey, so you receive the support and guidance you need to live a healthier life. Are you new to fitness or returning to the gym after a long absence?

Make sure your first step into fitness is not your last. Take advantage of ONE’s 30-Minute classes, with modifications for most fitness levels. These 30-Minute options meet the recommendations of the American Heart Association for improved heart health and they make it easier to squeeze exercise into your
day.

Fun Family Fitness Classes
  • Join us this summer for ONE’s Fun Family Fitness Series.
  • During the 4-week sessions, experience fitness as a family!
  • Parent/child classes will offer the opportunity to increase activity and experience a variety of classes including strength and conditioning, cycling, yoga, and boxing.
  • Please bring: water bottle, mat, and clean indoor sneakers (for cycling, you can use indoor sneakers or cycling shoes with spd clips).
  • Instructors: Nicole McGrath, Noelle Stevens, and the ONE Instructor Team

3 Minutes to Fitness
  • ONE Fitness and Wellness offers classes designed for those new to fitness, as well as experienced participants looking for high quality instruction. ONE’s 30-minute, 6:30 am classes are perfect for squeezing in exercise before your busy day. You will receive the support and guidance you need to remain committed to your exercise routine.
  • There are 3 classes each week: Les Mills GRIT Cardio, RPM-indoor cycling and GRIT Strength. All classes have modifications to make them achievable for many fitness levels. GRIT Cardio and Strength feature exercises designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and agility. Indoor cycling with RPM will burn loads of calories while toning the muscles of your legs.
  • Please bring: water bottle, mat, and clean indoor sneakers (for cycling, you can use indoor sneakers or cycling shoes with spd clips).
  • Instructors: Noelle Stevens, JoAnn Dawes, and the ONE Instructor Team
