The session will introduce basic hip work,  upper body lifts and circles, traveling steps and arm patterns  designed for a new dancer, but offer enough variation to keep a  more experienced dancer’s skills sharp. Please wear comfortable  clothing, which will allow you to stretch and move, and bare feet  or soft-soled slippers or shoes.
