  • Kathy Grasmeder is a Financial Advisor, Financial Planning Specialist and Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley and has been with the firm for 19 years.
  • She has her MBA, securities licenses: Series 7, 63 &65, NYSE/NASD/NYS Registration/Investment, and Insurance Licenses: Life, Variable, Annuity, Accident & Health, and Mortgage License.
  • She has been named to Morgan Stanley’s President’s Club for the past 5 years.
  • Kathy will be providing the seminars in a two-part series. Attend one or both!

Instructor: Dennis O’Connor
  • Dennis O’Connor is a partner with McPhillips, Fitzgerald & Cullum.
  • He is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida.
  • Mr. O’Connor’s professional practice is devoted to estates and trust matters and elder law; including representing seniors and persons with special needs and their families in connection with asset preservation planning, supplemental needs trusts, Medicaid, guardianship, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and living wills.
